Property development branding project. Commissioned to design brand identity, brochure, adverts, hoarding and marketing suite signage for this luxury development comprising of 32 one and two-bed apartments in Harrow-on-the-Hill, London. Liaising closely with the Estate Agent to understand the target market and creating a brand specifically with their needs in mind.

A elegant logo was produced and printed on the brochure in gold/copper foil to reflect the architectural detail of the metal balconies. The 40-page brochure included local area details with a bespoke map and transport link map designed to illustrate to local amenities and simple connections to central London. Billboard poster adverts were produced to appear at Harrow-on-the-Hill tube station and also print adverts featured in the Metro and the Gazette.

On the launch weekend, five apartments were reserved with a further five reserved later that week.
