King’s Hills Marbella: property brochure design

Working alongside Photoplan360, az.design was commissioned to produce a stylish property brochure design for this luxury development in Marbella, Spain. King’s Hills is a luxury development of nine villas nestled in the stunning Andalusian hills, with a starting price of €6m. The brief was to produce a visual identity and brochure that reflects the high-end finish and quality of the villas. The target market was identified as wealthy European investors, who would purchase the villa as their holiday home or Marbella base.

Firstly, Photoplan360 produced the CGIs and floor plans for the brochure – working closely with the architects to get every detail just right. Then, az.design created a simple typographic logo and visual identity for the development. An abstract design of blue waves / hills was produced, symbolising a calm, relaxing environment. Finally, the villas were all individually named with a royal theme to reflect the name of the development and the fine finish. Personifying the villas, rather than giving them just numbers was a way to make them more appealing to purchasers.
