R Whitley & Co: estate agent rebrand
Estate agent rebrand for an eighty year old, established agency in West Drayton.
R Whitley & Co commissioned a Brand Refresh – updating their Logo and Visual Identity to give it a clean, sophisticated and modern feel. They found that there were new agents in the area who had a cleaner, slicker brand presence and were losing business to them.
Together, we identified their key USP as being an established, friendly, family business with a high tech focus. They wanted the brand to reflect this as well as feeling upmarket and modern.
Once the logo and VI was chosen, detailed brand guidelines were produced to make sure the brand remained consistent across all marketing suppliers. Responsive versions of the logo were produced to work across all digital channels. And emblems were also created to promote their 80-year history in business along with a timeline that features in the brochure and on the website.
Photography was commissioned based on the brand attributes and USP and icons were created to promote their services. Stationary and business cards were designed alongside all other marketing materials; brochure, leaflets, digital adverts, sales boards and property particulars. The branding was then used on the new look website designed by The Property Jungle.
A new logo was also created to highlight one of their unique services – Whitley Walkabouts – video walkthroughs of the properties. This is used on their YouTube channel and all videos and had been a real USP offer that helps them stand out from the crowded market.
The new brand has given R Whitley & Co a fresh and bold look and helped increase brand awareness and consequent property listings.
