BehaviourLAB

Branding that’s corporate and fun for start-up coaching firm

Psychology-based business consultancy, BehaviourLAB, is a human-centric business which helps solve some of the biggest problems organisations are facing. They approached AZ Design to create their brand and website, opting for our Micro Brand+Web Package as a base with some add ons to fulfil their requirements.

Brief

As a start-up, BehaviourLAB wanted to bring a new element to the organisational psychology space – bridging the gap between corporate and human. The brand needed to embody this and  echo the brand’s personality: open, calm, professional, fun, and trusted.

Result

We developed a bold BL monogram which can be used in many different shapes and formats, paired with a vibrant colour palette for a warm and friendly feel. Inclusive illustrated characters complete the visual identity, keeping humans at the heart of the brand. Co-founders Samantha Walsham and Laura Bache love the brand, and say that it entirely represents them and what they’re trying to achieve.

az design

Chatting to Angela and going through the design brief was a really useful process to get us thinking about what we wanted to achieve – beyond what the logo looked like. Striking the balance between the corporate world and the fun that me and my business partner want to bring was a tricky one, but we’re thrilled with the result. I can’t recommend AZ Design highly enough.
